My current exp. is heavy in workload but OK. My team is supportive & we work really hard. My concern is with what I hear regarding the work/life balance of the NEXT team. They are working 50+ hours & it seems glorified by mgmt & the only way to get promoted. It makes me hesitate to merge/join.
