A very positive place to work
Overall, my time there has been okay. The last two years things have been going downhill in several important areas with little evidence of "clean up". I do not enjoy going in to work anymore, and am looking for another position.
Many things, but it starts from the top to set a tone in a school. The amount of compliance paperwork that no one cares to look at but must be done yesterday is exhausting. The work load literally breaks people mentally and NONE of it is beneficial for the students. Absolutely none of it.
Great people to work with
Staff and administration are supportive and caring. Communication could be better. Student behavior is challenging, but administration is putting in new policies this year to try and get it under control.
