What I like best is the support I receive. I have never had such sincere professional and personal support from a manager. Not only do I feel I have a mentor for life but, I have a manager that genuinely looks out for my mental health and overall wellbeing.

The growth and equity. I have essentially been promoted 3 times over 6 months and received a phenomenal equity package when I was hired on from my contract. The bonus is an excellent addition as well. At the rate we're growing both these aspects are the best part.

We're a family. Outside of the day to day, we genuinely care about each other's well being. 6sense has cultivated a truly nurturing culture. I look forward to any and all interactions I have with my team, and I cannot wait until we can work together in person (hopefully).

Everyone is so supportive of each other. Also, the visibility we receive. My first day I came into the office the three co-founders of the company immediately introduced themselves to me and thanked me for the work I do. I have never received any introduction like that anywhere else I've worked.

My manager makes me most happy at work. I miss being in the office and my manger goes above and beyond to support our team. I truly feel like I will succeed under their mentorship. Also, our company culture makes me very proud to go to work. Even as we rapidly grow, 6sense feels like a family.
