The motto is just come in, sit down, do your job, ignore the people who talk ALL DAY discussing ANY subject they choose. One employee told me when I started, " Just answer your messgaes, don't let customers get to the boss and close claims and you will always get a raise and a bonus".
I have had a really good time learning the skills and helping people from the community. The lowball salary is fairly frustrating and the jobs good besides that.
