Perhaps to not treat potential new customers like felons. 60 years I have had insurance with excellent record, but because of your archaic underwriting rules you ask for so much unnecessary paperwork that I don't have. Anyway, Sean Grimason asked for feedback and the survey crapped out. Horrible.

Fix your inadequate auto tow request system. It failed me. Took 25 hours to get my car towed 6 miles. Very sad performance on your part after me being a loyal customer for over 30 years. I'm not a happy customer.
Pay is good compared to other remote jobs
I been with the Auto Club Group for almost 18 years. I stated as a tow truck driver in ERS and worked my way up to my current position. ACG by far has been the best job I've ever had. Employees input matters. The leadership at the top is great.
Training their team members instead of letting current workers train them incorrectly.
