I been with the Auto Club Group for almost 18 years. I stated as a tow truck driver in ERS and worked my way up to my current position. ACG by far has been the best job I've ever had. Employees input matters. The leadership at the top is great.
Training their team members instead of letting current workers train them incorrectly.
A lack of vital staffing and upper-level management hide behind the front line, which is forced to defend its decisions.
It could be better. I really hope that they stop trying to show the credit card down people's throats
