Probably the ability to work from home and the pay rate. Very competitive pay and benefits.

It's positive and negative communication is a lot of times negative but the reviews are often positive so it's mixed

The company still has the old mentality, they need to think about more work life balance for the employee.
Adapt to the times and actually care about training
They need to do a better job vetting front line managers. Mine is horrible and I've met others that were as well. They have a tendency to hire/promote buddies and friends, not who's the most qualified for the actual job.
Management needs to be replaced. The CEO needs to leave. Those with morals, values, and ethics need to replace them all.

Need to hire ethical and hard working Managers. Increase the base pay for starting agents to $50,000 for the amount of time they work. Change the compensation structure
Train management on how to treat employees. Their methods did not work for Ford 100 years ago when he used thugs and shocked to think management at any level would try operating like that today

Management is corrupt to the core
Managment needs to get a handle on the behavior of their staff. Stop looking the other way when someone steals time, or make excuses when they repeatedly handle situations inappropriately. Set the expectation that you learn your job and stop making excuses for bad behavior.
