What's the office vibe like at AbbVie?
There are different buildings so it is dependent. Some buildings are very corporate feeling and new and others are a little more casual. There are also manufacturing and lab areas.

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at AbbVie?

Overall, I think the business units need to engage each other more. We deal with situations after the fact, when simple communication would have fixed the situation before it was ever a problem.

Generally, high opinion, although the next few years will be the real test. I do not have a lot of confidence in him going forward. I think we need younger leadership.
How's the work life balance at AbbVie?
Fair. Overall, no complaints, but everything will always be driven by your manager.

You will need to provide more details on the job type you are going for. All the departments have very different styles of interviewing. Some include hands-on work, some presentations, others will ask you specific regulatory questions. It is all dependent on the grade level of the job and what function you are interviewing with.
