Customer Care; called five times and was on hold in excess of 45 minutes before hanging up. Sent emails, SMS, put my number in for a call back they never reached out to me.
Ive been trying to cancel since December of 2021. I have yet to receive a call back or the paperwork that was to be emailed to me.
Love the environment, everyone is friendly.

Ackerman believes every employee has a specialty that makes them perfect for certain departments and positions. When an employee seems to struggle in one area, shifting them to another department, team and shift are all considered before condemning our human resources. Some can stay on the phone for 9 hrs a day, while some people do better in the field. We'd rather utilize an internal customer in an area that they thrive in versus losing them due to incorrect placement.

We recently had a department trip to Cuba after great numbers for the quarter. We also have yearly employee appreciation programs that we hold for 24-hours due to our 24-hour schedule.

I enjoy the willingness for improvement and change. The company is a veteran in the industry but doesn't let itself become old news. The importance of employee morale and engagement has been brought to the forefront of Ackerman's mission. Ackerman believes that if the employees are fulfilled and happy they will give 110% to the valued customers.
