Customer Care; called five times and was on hold in excess of 45 minutes before hanging up. Sent emails, SMS, put my number in for a call back they never reached out to me.

Ive been trying to cancel since December of 2021. I have yet to receive a call back or the paperwork that was to be emailed to me.

Love the environment, everyone is friendly.

They are great! When ever you need assistance they are there immediately to help.

Several people had not been outside of the country or on a cruise before, so as a reward for outstanding numbers and great working ethic we were taken on an all-expenses-paid trip! There have also been constant updates in the corporate office to improve the aesthetic and overall atmosphere.
