Overall Service has been poor. Temporary fixes never permanent fixes and no service is perfect. They don't isolate the trouble to prevent this from happening again so the problem continues to reoccur

Fair, but not what is proclaimed to be.
If you're an hourly employee, it's good. If you're salaried, it's a different story. Me and all the managers I worked with worked over 50+ hrs in the office every week. I averaged 60-70 hrs per week.
