Customer service needs improvement now.
Overall Service has been poor. Temporary fixes never permanent fixes and no service is perfect. They don't isolate the trouble to prevent this from happening again so the problem continues to reoccur

A large portion of my compensation is variable based off performance.

Yes. I feel that my manager and director have been open to exploring new technologies and even encourage the drive to innovate.

Yes, monthly 1:1s with my manager have been positive
