I love being here at AB, although I recognize that one department seems to be struggling. I have never worked for a better org though. I have freedom in my day, my work is regularly recognized and praised, and the benefits are the best I've seen anywhere.

I love my team, we are very open and honest with each other. We celebrate accomplishments and feel good about the work we do.
