It's been fantastic overall -- I feel though that the same voices are consistently being recognized and heard over others who maybe are a bit more shy or introverted. It's not a diverse set of voices either (white male). We need more female representation at the IC level, too.

I don't necessarily feel undervalued but the market is super competitive right now and there are a lot of offers out there. Being a long time employee, I feel at a disadvantage knowing that I could be making more if I were to move externally.
