Family like. Some infighting, not much. Our Median age is much older than the average IT group. Some jealousies about inadequate pay especially for minorities and WOMEN.

My coworkers are the best group of folks you can find in one office. They are all highly qualified, with a good work ethic, personable and strive to do the best for the steel company even though that's not the company that pays most of us.
