What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Consider the needs of employees who are working on the ground e,g plant operator as our lives are stucked or constant no development and improvement, we have been neglected for so long now.
Managers are left to make decisions not being considerate of others
Looking after loyal employees, making them feel valued

extremely increased level of compensation
Salary not benchmarked and holidays not enough
Can't speak for everywhere, but Manchester has become a terrible place to work. Morale is rock bottom

Meetings are too "political" and there are too many questions about the "screw-ups" rather than moving forward and being productive.

they have safety managers writing false incident reports as well as maintenance falsifying equipment records and people are getting hurt
Leadership needs to change. Culture changes start at the top.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Knowing I would get the job
Clarity on expectations , detailed plans for short , medium , long term
Lower level plant operators interview process and selection category is poor.
The hilo driving test was easy

The decision maker on promotions should know the people better if a manager likes someone they get promoted

to many problems to list
Too much focus on "screw-ups" rather than looking at things postively as a learning lesson.
To many decision maker up to plant manager level and supt should have more input on who gets promoted

Employees have signed cards for Unionization and company has put in roadblocks to stop it from happening as it should .
