Management make decisions and changes on plant level with out doing proper research and then it is up to the ground level employees to struggle and it all come to management make poor decisions and then they want to close plants with out taking other options if (his) plan doesnt work nothing will .

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Consider the needs of employees who are working on the ground e,g plant operator as our lives are stucked or constant no development and improvement, we have been neglected for so long now.
Managers are left to make decisions not being considerate of others
