The company is too concerned about having there fingers in everything and controlling the clinicians that it leaves the clinicians with there hands tied to treat patients.
I work in a small office where it is just me and my manager so I have no co workers to interact with. And as I said previously my manager doesn't do her job well.
I recently looked into average salary for my position in the area in which I live and found that I am severely underpaid. On top of that management doesn't give feedback unless you are doing something wrong and never in a timely manner. When you are doing well no on gives you positive feedback ever!
