They are incredible people that are always willing to extend a helping hand make you feel like an individual rather than just a number.

I think Atrium attracts some of the best talent and people that are truly good people even outside of work. I think leads to our overall higher than average tenure as an organization.

I think it's very apparent that we pay outside talent coming in higher wages and I think it's critical that we give our internal home grown staff that same opportunity to earn. Whenever comp conversations arise they typically take many months to finalize which is frustrating and demotivating.
