Nearly three years and this has been one of the most rewarding and challenging work experiences of my career. I had planned to complete my tasks and move on after ~2 years, but the goals and objectives of the department and Bank are worth sticking around longer to achieve.

Three years into the experience, it's one of the most meaningful endeavors in my career. Overall, I am allowed a significant amount of leeway to make decisions and pursue meaningful projects that improve team performance and the Bank. My leadership is excellent in heart, mind, and purpose.

Best part of job is getting to work with this unique bank and its extraordinary and meaningful purpose to support and grow with our communities. Pay is fair. Health bennies are strong/best. RSA is appropriate.

Executive Team is invested in people who want to move the Bank forward and achieve success for everyone. Execs are open minded to best practices, innovative ideas, and ACTION. We are expected to wear many hats and contribute value - this expectation creates valuable opportunity.

The Korean American perspective and culture within our Bank is absolutely a positive attribute to our purpose at Hope. Teammates and Execs are always willing to engage meaningful dialog about ways to improve the business, even when the path is difficult and goes beyond a 12 month deliverable.

My team is made from the hardest working, strongest minds in the industry. We have been through massive challenge after massive challenge, and they still collaborate to achieve success for the Bank. I cannot say enough good things about my team and their tremendous value to the Bank.
