My manager is growth-oriented and mentors on the job. They are supportive and give constructive criticism, which motivates me in my role. I do not interact with the executive leadership team, but I feel there is clear communication and transparency from the company through my manager.

I am a people person, so my role gives me the unique opportunity to assist others in their role of delivering great service. I feel the most motivated when I receive thank you's from other coworkers or supporting someone in finding a solution together. Having others' trust in my work empowers me.
