  • For men, I would suggest a suit and tie. For any professional interview I would highly suggest a suit and tie. For women, again I would suggest a business suit. I would also suggest dressing stylish but modest if you are interviewing for a position with the B-W leadership institute.

  • The Marketing team at Barry-Wehmiller is a good group of highly talented individuals. They are a good group to work with. They help manage marketing for all of the B-W business units, and do and excellent job allowing the leadership from each of those units produce their own campaigns and message.

    Everyone is drawn to the culture, but in reality it is just a facade. The leadership doesn't follow Bob's guiding principles. The people that are in charge of B-W leadership classes are probably some of the most phony people when it comes to Bob's beliefs.
