Realizing they are not fir for that postion and to quit. Get better at knowing when its time to leave

I was supposed to have meetings with a First Year Coach - it never happened. Didn't have much interaction with leadership other than to issue complaints to their awful expense policy which were ignored. The CEO brags that he is people-centric but that mantra never materialized within workplace

All my skills and experience have never been used and promoted primarily due to Management insecurities.

Better pay in that shir hole

Benefits too high. Wellness program too complicated. PTO is awful particularly for hourly employees

We have a cohesive group that I work with. We all work towards a common goal while practicing values. We always treat each other with dignity and respect, and it is genuine, not Phony.

Career driven but treat people with respect

My immediate team is fantastic. We all have our strengths and weaknesses, of which we all compliment each other very well. We work extremely well together and communicate effectively.

The small group that I work with is focused on common goals and working as a diverse team to accomplish objectives. We have a value system in my group.

Being able to bring concerns or questions to the executive team without fear of reprimand. The leadership's concern for the safety and well being of the team members on the manufacturing floor or the office alike

This is a loaded question because the outward perception is positive, but once you talk to people you will find that the majority of the employees are frustrated, annoyed and bitter over the culture and environment.

Everything needs to change the place needs to be seriously investigated because there's deep rooted problems in there you wouldn't believe and no one's doing anything about it.

Being shut down and starting over. That place is a hell hole
