My immediate lead is probably the best lead I've ever worked with. He is knowledgeable and treats each employee the same. As for high leadership, they all leave something to be desired. They say one thing and then do another with no communication or heads up. Makes for a bad working relationship
Realizing they are not fir for that postion and to quit. Get better at knowing when its time to leave
I was supposed to have meetings with a First Year Coach - it never happened. Didn't have much interaction with leadership other than to issue complaints to their awful expense policy which were ignored. The CEO brags that he is people-centric but that mantra never materialized within workplace
