It has been a great journey so far, the company culture is very transparent and engaging. Everyone feels very involved. Turnover is very low and some people have a very long tenure for a company this size. The product is good with a lot of potential and the projects are challenging and fun.

I feel the exec team truly cares about my well being and happiness but breaks/bends a lot of rules with no consequence. It's hard to ask for raises but cost of living is very high this year. I think John Schneider is a good person but awful manager. He adds unnecessary stress.
Great culture, would like more opportunities for growth and compensation based on performance without it always having to be initiated by the employee.
Things are good in general. There need to be some oversight on teams delivering so that blame does not get placed on the team that deliveries in the end.
