Worked in mining forever same as most except for childish mindsets of onsite (8/6) workers that have a fixed opinion that BHP Dynamic Roster workers are nothing but contractors although wear the same uniforms & are employees of the same company. GROW UP & nothing is done from upper management either

Friendlyness between us, willing to assist & help if or as required, just overall personality character & ability to just be yourself with each other is a great benefit to have with people especially when you're stuck with each other for 60% of the day or night.

Quarterly bonuses shouldn't be assessed on paperwork etc due to data entry (KPI's etc) it really SHOULD come down to overall job commitment, performance & management of job role. If you want to retain workers stop asking for daily time sheets especially after you tag on/off every day.

Easy to talk to & treated on a decent scale if issues arise although could do with a few more years in the industry before offered positions instead of being hired on qualifications. Sometimes it doesn't matter about trades/skills etc it's actually experience I've learnt is what makes you.

Friendlyness between work colleagues within our own crew/s (OP's Crews) due to being deemed outsiders from others within our own company yet nothing seems to be said or done to reset people's minds especially when it seems to be played from the top of site management to the bottom tiers of workers
