I have worked with this organization for 8+ years. I think that the leadership is painfully out of touch with those of us who work directly with patients. They make and implement decisions that they think are positive with little to no hands-on experience regarding how we will be impacted.

The work itself and being with coworkers who understand what quality work is and isn't. We aren't just there for a paycheck or to make ourselves feel good. Humility is very important. I love the thrill and satisfaction of working hard for all the right reasons!

Get in touch with the people who work under you. Spend time with us on our turf and learn to listen to who we are. Keep your email content to a minimum and stop bragging about all the wonderful things you think you're doing for us.
