What are company outings like at City National Bank?
No outings now, obviously. We used to have the In-N-Out truck come up for Colleagues, or some type of lunch and dessert treats from time to time. Other outings vary by team.

It has busy periods, but the bank works to maintain balance even during WFH. How many hours I work isn’t a consideration because the bank doesn’t overloaded Colleagues with multiple positions.

Universal, except for branches and key positions requiring a physical presence in headquarter offices. Trying to bring colleagues back in the office as quickly as Return-to-Work can be safely executed.

Very flexible for a bank, and of necessity with current work-from-home regime. Working flexibility of time and location is at the discretion of senior management based on work requirements.

CNB actively supports Colleague Resource Groups and volunteer work, and encourages participation. They would do so even if there were no banking CRA tracking requirement, as there is a culture of community engagement and involvement.
