The digital team expecting huge laid off by new manager , who preference offshore. CNB is no more US bank. CNB clients not secure anymore, the personal data managing by people from other countries. CEO is blind and only thinks about personal reputation.

Depends on where you work within the company. Most every place is filled with caring, hard-working, top-quality leadership; but the very few places it is not is toxic.

I am paid fairly for the work I perform.
401k match is limited to my baae salary only ans not my quarterly bonus or annual bonus. This limits my ability to maximize company match. Also thecompany match is below industry standard

The coworkers need to be supportive and transparent. Very toxic work culture.
Too many meetings that produce no plans of action. Lack of ownership throughout the company.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My manager knew i was helping my team from another job at work so i couldnt have visited the branch so she had a teams meeting with me instead
It was not overdrawn at all.
They are very interested about past experience
