No outings now, obviously. We used to have the In-N-Out truck come up for Colleagues, or some type of lunch and dessert treats from time to time. Other outings vary by team.

It has busy periods, but the bank works to maintain balance even during WFH. How many hours I work isn’t a consideration because the bank doesn’t overloaded Colleagues with multiple positions.
