Horrible for instore and traditional brand management , they expect you to provide work life balance to all employees at your work life balance expense because they don’t want you fully staffed so financials look better for them.

What perk or benefit should U.S. Bank have?
Top Employee Response
More communication with upper management and HR when there is an employee that causes issues
Parking in Metro areas.
Us bank should have the “perk” of respecting all positions equally. My tellers and bankers were treated 100X better then I was as the branch manager. It was extremely disappointing, and HR had no help if my bankers and tellers did horrible or were unethical they brushed it off but lord forbid I did anything I’d be fired

Some other companies want me to recite the entire history of their company, complete an entire essay of my work history even though that is what the résumé and cover letter is for, as well and complete advance math problems to prove mathematical comprehension.

What do people at U.S. Bank think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
He is short term. The last CEO was the one that set him up for success and so far Andy is not cutting it. He uses the word Agile to hide the fact that he really has no Vision for where the company is headed.
Andrew is a wonderful leader.
CEO is very good in my opinion. Seems to really care about employees and communities our banks are in.
What's the pay like for Sales roles at U.S. Bank?
Negotiable
Not near where others are
Standard or slightly lower than competitors. I personally took a pay decrease coming to US Bank by several thousand dollars for same type of position as previously held elsewhere. However, it's worth it. The culture makes up for it by far. Plus, there is a pension plan and 401k matching.
What's the vibe like in the Sales dept at U.S. Bank? How many hours are you working?
Very competitive. 35 hours.
Too many for not enough pay
40 hour work week. My branch is upbeat and positive. The customers come in just to say hello. As a manager I have people stop by my office just to compliment the staff, not to complain! It's a great feeling when your customers compliment your staff and you can't remember when the last time you received a complaint because so rare.
