  • Great! They implemented a new standard in which you have your schedule for a full month (if not more) ahead of time.

More communication with upper management and HR when there is an employee that causes issues

  • Parking in Metro areas.

  • Us bank should have the “perk” of respecting all positions equally. My tellers and bankers were treated 100X better then I was as the branch manager. It was extremely disappointing, and HR had no help if my bankers and tellers did horrible or were unethical they brushed it off but lord forbid I did anything I’d be fired

  • He is short term. The last CEO was the one that set him up for success and so far Andy is not cutting it. He uses the word Agile to hide the fact that he really has no Vision for where the company is headed.

  • Andrew is a wonderful leader.

Asked to the Sales Department at U.S. Bank

  • Negotiable

  • Not near where others are

  • Standard or slightly lower than competitors. I personally took a pay decrease coming to US Bank by several thousand dollars for same type of position as previously held elsewhere. However, it's worth it. The culture makes up for it by far. Plus, there is a pension plan and 401k matching.

Asked to the Sales Department at U.S. Bank

  • Very competitive. 35 hours.

  • Too many for not enough pay

  • 40 hour work week. My branch is upbeat and positive. The customers come in just to say hello. As a manager I have people stop by my office just to compliment the staff, not to complain! It's a great feeling when your customers compliment your staff and you can't remember when the last time you received a complaint because so rare.
