
Year after year worklife balance is a cultural priority at US Bank. In my group, I'm amazed at how realistic and down to earth our leadership and teammates are as we need to adjust calendars to accommodate family or health matters.
Horrible for instore and traditional brand management , they expect you to provide work life balance to all employees at your work life balance expense because they don’t want you fully staffed so financials look better for them.
I wish my days were a little shorter but I love my job and they pay well, it all come out in the end.
I believe that US Bank does it's best to accommodate work life balance they acknowledge that it's an important aspect of people's lives
