How hard is it to get promoted at U.S. Bank?
It’s hard since there are a lot of people that have been in the company for awhile and not leaving their positions. So work hard and be the best in sales, be a leader and team player with the corporate management.

What is the PTO policy at U.S. Bank?
Vacation and sick hours are different banks. Vacation hours are awarded at the start of the year and must be used during that calendar year or forfeited, Sick hours accumulate during the year and cap at 80 hours.

How often do promotions happen at U.S. Bank?
Promotions are not based on “roadmap” provided by company. I know because I completed mine flawlessly and never was promoted I was told next quarter every quarter and my District manager would add to it just to push it off. Unless they favor you , don’t expect a promotion for your hard work. I was the annual top loan producer in the region and never got nothing.

How does U.S. Bank handle HR issues?
I’ve never reported an issue to HR so I wouldn’t know.
It is currently being sued for HR and Payroll practices.
What part of U.S. Bank's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
The whole company is having difficulties, it’s not able to get that big of a footprint into the market because it’s not willing to invest into software and marketing for the long term.
Commercial Lending is losing money year over year while the Retail Banking side continues to grow Consuner Loans.
How innovative is U.S. Bank?
They’re behind in innovation.

How's the feedback proccess at U.S. Bank?
Talk2Us is once a year and they basically blame management for everything including things out of our control (benefits, Branch appearance, technooogy, etc)

The bankers are amazing and go above and beyond to help our customers. Management really helps to support the bankers and ensure they have all the training and additional resources to be successful.

Does U.S. Bank have a volunteer program?
Yes they do , that’s the one thing I enjoyed was volunteering. Anything to get out and not have to be verbally abused by my district manager daily
