Inclusive and positive attitude among all Colleagues, even the rare prickly personalities.

Diversity and differences. Have all kind of background people.

We're growing fast and that's putting a bit of pressure on everyone across the organization. But it's a warm and friendly bunch who keep lifting each other up and raising the bar.

Strong supportive culture. I think of it like a very large and high achieving family.
