CR wants to compete. They see themselves higher than they are. They see all industries similarly with the same staff, margins, etc and dont appreciate the variances. This hurts their growth. Still playing JV.

Overall, I have really enjoyed my time at CR! They treat employees very well, provide great work/life balance and a above market comp package.

Overall, I truly enjoy working at CR. My leadership is great to work with and they really care about me and my colleagues. This makes it very easy to provide my very best for the firm and enjoy my daily work. Beyond that, we have a great work/life balance with the 20 paid holidays and PTO allotment!
