I like working at Contentstack. You have enough flexibility to "change the world" but also have guidance and boundaries. executive/managers: all of them are super friendly and lovely. But it would be good to have a more structured plan for a career perspective (Role, position, education, salary)

I don't have access to all benefits that belong to the package, as I am not based in the US. Holidays are good, BAV is good, Salary is good. Maybe an inflation adjustment that does not have to be negotiated separately would be nice
