Base salary is okay but still around industry standards. Commissions in the customer success team is unfair compared to the sales team. People who work with these clients on a regular basis are less incentivized compared to the sales team who are usually focused on new customers and pipeline.

I believe our leadership is genuine in their approach and always have good intentions but sometimes it's unclear what the end goal and current state is. We always portray our current state as amazing but sometimes it turns out that we are non exactly there. It would be better to get honest feedback.
