Generally fun, with some being small team outings, some being large affairs. Nearly always, the company pays.
How common is it to switch departments or teams at CrowdStrike?
It is a little uncommon, but we have had people switch from completely unrelated departments before because they wanted to do something else, or further their career. CS is very supportive of this.
