I am very happy I took this job and have no plans to look for another one any time soon.

Review from Engineering Dept
Pretty disconnected with what is actually going on with respect to employee sentiment
Review from Engineering Dept
Open and honest about situations even when bad.
Review from Engineering Dept
Clear goals, clear vision. Always thinking ahead. They value employee well-being.
Review from Engineering Dept
They seem to be interested in stopping breaches and being thoughtful about security issues
Review from Engineering Dept
They provide transparency and communication, as well as ays work connects to larger goals.
Review from Engineering Dept
The townhalls are very mundane and lack meaning and intent.
Review from Product Dept
Khanh Tran, If I can, what is the role of Sasan Padidar? He never speaks in the meeting. Arlene is so involved and leads from the front. Sasan rarely contributes in discussion. Why is he so afraid of speaking? He does not connect with the team, there is no transparency. Decisions are enforced on us.
Review from Product Dept
Delegation and trust that employees can execute. Also being more clear on the CMI and goals - as they do not seem to match actual execution or resource allocation. Better understanding that employees are people - it is stressful to have a bunch of new HR, compliance, IT changes all the time.
Review from Marketing Dept
leading with some type of strategy in mind.
Being honest and not faking everything
stock compensation, after that the insurance
Review from Product Dept
base salary is pretty good
Review from Engineering Dept
Multiple potential different sources of income (salary, bonuses, stock, ESPP, etc.)
Review from Engineering Dept
The best part is probably RSUs
Review from HR Dept
Cash is king. The ESPP is nice and the RSUs are meh.
Review from Engineering Dept
Very discouraging atmosphere within the team.
Review from Product Dept
Rsu grant is totally random and completely dependent on what the volatile stock was on the month of grant , no refreshers, one year cliff means i see my unvested stock vary wildly in value until it vests - overall terribly unfair on folks who joined when stock was at all time high
Review from Engineering Dept
Arshi Bhatt does not have my best interest. For her, we are just another cog in the wheel. She is not easy to talk to and is biased. She declares success on other people's work and comes as golden in front of her manager Sasan. She does not hesitate to throw Sasan under the bus.
Review from Product Dept
We don't have any easy to access perks, and trying to organize BlueBoard perks is extremely time intensive and doesn't work well outside of the US
Review from Engineering Dept
Dont offer even the basic perks that a smaller organisation provides to their employees
Review from Product Dept
Very competent, high standards, dedicated
Review from Product Dept
Everyone is always willing to help.
Review from Engineering Dept
Mutual cooperation, having back of each other
Review from HR Dept
Smart, kind, low bullshit people
Review from Engineering Dept
This is the smartest, most dedicated group of people I have ever worked with. It makes work better and I truly look forward to working wity these people every day.
Review from Engineering Dept
co-workers are not nice and pleasant to work with.
Review from Product Dept
Too much turnover , faces keep changing , folks are unhappy
Review from Engineering Dept
Co-workers put a lot of pressure, they are bully. They are not compassionate.
Review from Product Dept
many dont have the right skills, we have too many managers and directors, dont have folks that know how to actually do the work
Review from Marketing Dept
More in person meetings. More ability to do our own offsites. Right now it is so hard no one wants to travel due to the approvals required - but so many other groups are doing offsites frequently (just not marketing).
Review from Marketing Dept
Your inputs are not valued, if you stand up to the management they will bring you down.
Review from Product Dept
Everyone is able to disagree from VP down to IC. Every view is respected.
Review from Engineering Dept
One team, one fight. Everyone understands we're working together to solve the same problems.
Review from Engineering Dept
The most: Flexibility, humbleness, supportiveness
Review from HR Dept
We're actually building meaningful long term solutions instead of badly made bandaids
Review from Engineering Dept
I cannot say for sure.
Review from Product Dept
Active work life balance , more feelers for employee sentiment , turnover is not good and it's very expensive to recruit new folks - it's cheaper to keep existing folks happier
Review from Engineering Dept
Less focus on virtue-signaling and more focus on our technical work.
Review from Engineering Dept
More alignment across groups. More delegated trust in the teams. And holding each group accountable. Less executive influence on every decision (otherwise we cannot do any planning). More focus on people - coordinating IT, compliance, HR requirements so they can be done and managed in timely
Review from Marketing Dept
Line management invested in growing and supporting team, remove negative approach and communication
Review from Marketing Dept
The approach the interviewers took was friendly and conversational. The questions they asked were not canned and were ones that helped them get better acquainted with my skillset and experience.
Review from Engineering Dept
The time it took to nolere it go
Interviewers actually read your resume.
Pre-Onboarding process is top-notch. Frictionless
Review from Sales Dept
the interviewers were respectful, jovial, knowledgeable. They made the process pleasant, even though all the interviews took place online. It was also nice that the questions focussed not just on my knowledge base but also geared towards finding out who I am as a person in general.
We only hire young people
the challenges and the interaction with the team
Review from Product Dept
Variation and the ability to do different things.
Review from Engineering Dept
The chance to solve very challenging problems.
Review from Engineering Dept
The most: Meeting interesting people
Review from HR Dept
Working and leading projects with my colleagues
Review from Engineering Dept
not that enticing and glamorous.
Review from Product Dept
Due to low rewards , no motivation to go the extra mile
Review from Engineering Dept
Manager is not supportive. Manager is not motivating, does not value about one's well being.
Review from Product Dept
