Due to low rewards , no motivation to go the extra mile
Pretty disconnected with what is actually going on with respect to employee sentiment
Active work life balance , more feelers for employee sentiment , turnover is not good and it's very expensive to recruit new folks - it's cheaper to keep existing folks happier
Rsu grant is totally random and completely dependent on what the volatile stock was on the month of grant , no refreshers, one year cliff means i see my unvested stock vary wildly in value until it vests - overall terribly unfair on folks who joined when stock was at all time high
