What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Delegation and trust that employees can execute. Also being more clear on the CMI and goals - as they do not seem to match actual execution or resource allocation. Better understanding that employees are people - it is stressful to have a bunch of new HR, compliance, IT changes all the time.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock awards are by far the best part of our compensation packages. Most people here believe in the product and the continued success of CrowdStrike.

The compensation itself is competitive and the ESPP is a huge benefit as well. I feel financially supported both in the short and long term.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not enough stock/RSU and base salary. Compared to other companies we are not paying enough - and just relying on our stock to go up is not a great retention strategy. Also there is SO MUCH admin overhead - and that needs to be reflected in the compensation.

Although we are a remote team, everyone here is collaborative and always willing to help if you need feedback or help from a teammate.

many dont have the right skills, we have too many managers and directors, dont have folks that know how to actually do the work

More in person meetings. More ability to do our own offsites. Right now it is so hard no one wants to travel due to the approvals required - but so many other groups are doing offsites frequently (just not marketing).

More alignment across groups. More delegated trust in the teams. And holding each group accountable. Less executive influence on every decision (otherwise we cannot do any planning). More focus on people - coordinating IT, compliance, HR requirements so they can be done and managed in timely
