the interviewers were respectful, jovial, knowledgeable. They made the process pleasant, even though all the interviews took place online. It was also nice that the questions focussed not just on my knowledge base but also geared towards finding out who I am as a person in general.

I went through an intern process, not the traditional interview. But I have had the opportunity to interview people and we are more focused on the fit. We can train everything else.
