I like that CE's leadership team listens to you. You can see them taking any concerns and acting on them as well as seeking out suggestions from employees on how they can better assist the employees. They make you feel valued as a person, they truly care!

I love the commission structure here! The opportunities to move up through recruiting levels and management levels with salary bumps in addition to the commissions you receive on placing candidates is unmatched. I appreciate that there is no cap on commission and %'s go up as you place more people.

The supportiveness is one of CE's best culture traits. I know anyone on my team is willing to help if I need them. I feel that way with my managers and executive teams as well. They make themselves available and ensure they give you the time you need whenever you need it.

I appreciate how supportive my team is. If I am away from my desk or out of the office for a few days, they help back me up. They will take calls for me, help with my candidates, and loop me back in when I get back. I can turn to anyone on the team, and they know I will do the same for them!
