Honestly it's great, good culture and have every opportunity at all levels to be successful
It's been stressful getting a pipeline built up but I feel like I have the support and a clear list of achievable items to be successful here.
Great opportunity overall, but it's challenging. It's never enough but when those commission checks hit it's worth it and you're praised. Being 100% remote has been a hindrance and an advantage. All that said, it's my favorite job and most money I made at and for a company,
I haven't been here a full year yet but I can say that this is one of the best companies I have gotten the pleasure to work for.
