My experience has been positive as far as the company, but negative as far as the specific brand I work for. There's a lack of structure and training/expectations, and historical issues have created a pretty negative environment with certain team members making life difficult for the rest of us.

I'm fairly new so I haven't had much exposure to the leadership team, but I've appreciated that a couple of the members have been quite accessible when I've needed something.
