This is my first time being commission based and was expecting more benefits right out of college. That being said i dont need to be salaried but more so having Healthcare/Vision/Dental benefits would be preferable.

Really good at listening to us and consider all factors. arent afraid to tell us harsh truths which is refreshing. They do well at pushing us past our limits and inspire us to go the distance.
