I am having an amazing experience working at Everlight Solar. I have learned a ton of things, at an incredibly rapid rate, sometimes by making mistakes. By always being transparent with supervisors about those mistakes, they just educated me about the better way to do things and I've stuck to that!

I really like the healthcare - Aetna is legit.

Clear and concise communication about the right direction a project should go in.

The satisfaction of getting something done right, and as quickly as possible too.

Negativity is not tolerated at Everlight Solar at all. There are only highly motivated, dedicated, and bright people here.

There are too many great qualities to list here. My team is motivated, agile, helpful, and friendly, just to name a few.

The transparency/honesty, consistent positive attitude (with a smile!), readiness to help out whenever they know more about something than whoever needs the help.

Everything, really. I would have to list out all 7 of our Company Values to answer this. It is a 100% positive-attitude company, negativity is not tolerated.

The values they live by such as Always Learning and One Team. They exemplify all 7 values on a daily basis and expect the same from everyone on the team!

I love the cycle most of the projects I build go through - challenging at first, then exciting when I start to figure out how it'll be possible to build, then satisfying when it's all done and approved!
