Every interaction I have is a positive one. I feel more connected to my remote coworkers than I have with in-person coworkers in previous jobs because of the company-wide culture that is established from day one.

I greatly appreciate the level of connection the execs give! It's so nice to get updates and hear from leadership on a regular basis. It's a unique kind of work place leadership that isn't super common but much appreciated.

The interactions and support I feel from my coworkers and supervisors. We are very goal oriented and hold each other up to the highest standards without it feeling competitive or forced. I feel good accomplishing a goal knowing it's a well deserved team effort.
