I love my 1-1s with my Team Lead, and our daily standup meetings. I thoroughly enjoy talking to my teammates and building a relationship with each person, it makes the job even more amazing!

Everlight pays fairly for an entry-level position, which can be hard to find. On top of that, having healthcare benefits and a retirement fund is extremely important and definitely sold me on saying yes when the position was first offered, so I'm very thankful for that!
