Some customers. All the good employees left for other storage companies. Other storage companies keep them double covered for safety reasons. ESS prefers to save payroll. Other companies also give breaks.

Listen to the ones doing the hard labor. They are the ones that know customers best. Trust what they say about their facility and other employees. Stop being lazy & follow through with in house complaints. Stop rewarding your bad employees who are also causing your high turnover. Stop discriminating

The good ones left due to nepotism and discrimination based on age, race and gender. The ones left are lazy and take advantage of their position and lie to get ahead. Some verbally abuse their customers or pee in their units and you do nothing about it. And Don't say you don't know about it.
