What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, developing team, clear goals, supportive
Getting everyone on the same goal and supporting and motivating. Think from the customer and site management point of view. Corporate is creating more work and problems than anything else. 200% rate increase is insane. especially when the customer can see the lower rate online.

Higher compensation for all, not just them
Listen to the ones doing the hard labor. They are the ones that know customers best. Trust what they say about their facility and other employees. Stop being lazy & follow through with in house complaints. Stop rewarding your bad employees who are also causing your high turnover. Stop discriminating
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits here are great.
Im paid a fair wage and you get the incentive bonus once a month which helps out
The stock compensation is a very valuable part of total compensation.
I believe the company does it's best to align our comp with the market. I am fortunate to have a good mix of compensation + bonus. Would be nice to see Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A really basic stock discount would be simple but the company doesn't do it. The health insurance is mid-tier.
More perks, more paid time off
Not paid enough for all the tasks we have. Mostly work alone. Constant phone calls which is fine but graded on calls when completing rounds, tasks is hard to do
The expectation to drop whatever I am doing in my personal life to run to site and help a customer and NOT GET PAID FOR IT is not only illegal but a lot of expectation for getting paid less than 20 bucks and thats hourly not salary

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team was great. They supported me the entire way, I looked forward to talking to them.
The property management and assistants are the force that keeps this company moving very under appreciated.
The flexibility is amazing daily
It is one person and he is easy to get along with

We hire incompetent people who are not team players.

Company Growth & Expansion as a whole.

I had an interview with a few people all at once so there was no awkward silence.
It was very thorough. You could see that the company was working to not only hire the right person but to find someone that represented the company's values.
Getting to meat the team and also the leaders whom I would be working with.

Rent raises without proper maintenance, and security and safety issues,
Get a competent District Manager and keep them there for more than 6 months.
